This fully furnished studio apartment has a private deck hanging over the cliff with the best ocean view on the island. The apartment has a queen sized bed, couch, bathroom. The modern kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker.

The guest have unrestricted access to the apartment and the man-made beach with BBQ & seating facilities. Parking is in front of the apartment.

The apartment is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. The "Fairway Mark It" supermarket is conveniently located a 5 minutes drive away. Parking for a visit to Phillipsburg with the tax free shops in Front street and Great Bay beach is just on the left before the supermarket. You can do a 20 min hike to the Devil's Cupper natural pool. If you like, you can feed the iguanas next to the street or visit the natural Jacuzzi cave next to the property.

Guests have access to the ocean side with its private man-made beach. This area has covered gazebo , sun beds and BBQ facilities. Perfect place to relax have a drink and enjoy the soothing ocean waves and the view of the surrounding islands.
